Tot
va començar fa sis setmanes, quan la dissenyadora de teles Sharon Holland va
penjar al seu compte de Instagram (@SharonHollandDesigns) que estava buscant persones creatives per a
participar en la presentació de la seva nova col·lecció de teles Coastline.
No m’ho vaig pensar ni dues vegades per a presentar-m’hi, i endevineu què? Vaig
ser una de les 16 seleccionades!! Dues setmanes més tard, després d’haver-li
presentat el meu projecte, vaig rebre les teles i vaja... són meravelloses!
Turquesa, coral i el suau cotó que caracteritza les teles d’Art GalleryFabrics; què més es pot demanar?
Everything started
six weeks ago, when the fabric designer Sharon Holland posted in her instagram
account (@SharonHollandDesigns) that she was searching for makers to
participate in the presentation of her new fabric line Coastline. I didn’t
hesitate to present myself and guess what? I was one of the 16 makers
selected!!! Two weeks later, after presenting to Sharon my project, I received
the fabrics and wow… they are delightful! Aqua, coral and the soft cotton of
Art Gallery Fabrics; what else can we ask for?

és com el tour funcionarà: des d’avui fins el dia 19 de febrer, cada un dels
dissenyadors escollits publicarà el seu projecte a la seva web. Podeu
seguir-los a Instagram, amb els hashtags #CoastlineBlogTour i #Coastlinefabrics
i també a través Sharon, a instagram (@SharonHollandDesigns) i la seva web (sharon-holland.squarespace.com).

This is how the
tour will work: from today until the 19th of Fabruary, one of the chosen
designers will publish his project at his web page. You can follow the projects
on instagram using the hashtags #CoastlineBlogTour and #Coastlinefabrics and
also following Sharon’s profile (@SharonHollandDesigns) and her site too (sharon-holland.squarespace.com).

això no és tot! Ja que la Sharon està fent un sorteig!! Al finalitzar el tour,
sortejarà un lot de 20 fat quarters de la col·lecció Coastline a través
de Instagram. Tot el que heu de fer és seguir els projectes amb el hashtag
#Coastlineblogtour i compartir en el vostre perfil els projectes que més us
agradin (podeu compartir tants projectes com vulgueu!), i també s’admeten les
participacions internacionals. La Sharon anunciarà el guanyador del sorteig al
seu instagram quan s’acosti el final del tour. Podeu passar pel seu blog per
llegir-ne tots els detalls. I recordeu que si teniu un compte de instagram
privat i feu servir els hashtags, no seran visibles; per tant si voleu
participar-hi, haureu de canviar-vos a un usuari públic (i creieu-me que
aquestes fabuloses teles s’ho valen!)
And that’s not
all! Because Sharon is doing a Giveaway!! At the end of the Coastline Blog Tour
she will be giving away a 20 piece fat quarter bundle of quilting cotton through
Instagram. All you have to do is follow the posts of the tour by following the
hashtag #CoastlineBlogTour repost a picture of your favorite Coastline tour
project using the hashtag #CoastlineFabricsGiveaway. You can repost as many projects
as you like (yes, it's okay to have more than one favorite!), and international
entries are welcome. Sharon will announce a random winner on Instagram when the
tour comes to a close. You can visit her blog for all the details about the
tour and giveaway. Remember that if you have a private instagram account, it
doesn’t show up when you use the hashtag, so make sure that your account is
public if you want to participate in the giveaway (and I can tell you that this
gorgeous fabric really worth it!)
