Avui us ensenyo un conjunt per al lavabo
que vaig cosir ahir. Al principi pensava fer només les dues tovalloles, una de dutxa
i una de mans, però després, enamorada per aquestes teles tant fantàstiques,
vaig decidir fer-hi un complement més, una “caixa” de roba on poder-hi guardar
de tot per tenir-ho ben a mà. El conjunt va quedar moníssim! No us ho sembla?
Today I show you a set for the
bathroom that I sewed yesterday. At first I thought to make only two towels, a
shower and a hand one; but then, fell in love with these charming fabrics, I
decided to make a complement, a fabric “box” where you can keep all have it
well in hand. The set was adorable! Don’t you think?
Les robes són part d’un charm pack de
Moda, de la col·lecció Cuzco dissenyada per la Kate Spain. Tant els estampats
com els colors que té són meravellosos; i combinat amb el color neutre de les
tovalloles queda una combinació molt encertada.
The fabrics are part of a charm pack
of Moda, from the collection Cuzco designed by Kate Spain. Both the prints and
colors are wonderful, and combined with the neutral color of the towels is a
very successful combination.
El patró de la caixa el vaig treure sobre
la marxa, inspirant-me en uns saquets de ganxet similars que tenia de l’Ikea.
Tant es pot deixar totalment desplegada com baixar-la una mica. Al voltant hi
vaig cosir tot un biaix fúcsia, per acabar-hi de donar una mica més de color.
The pattern of the box I got it on the
go, inspired by a similar crochet bag that I had from Ikea. It can be fully open
out or let it down a bit. Finally I sew around a fuchsia bias, giving it some more
color.
